Mi paso por la compañía Beneath the Skin
Beneath the Skin es una compañía de danza-teatro que entre otras disciplinas combina teatro sensorial en sus obras.
La intención de Beneath the Skin, como dice el nombre de la compañía, es trabajar con todo aquello que acontece debajo de nuestra piel, todo aquello que nos completa como seres humanos y que se refleja en cada acto, a través de las diferentes disciplinas artísticas en las que los integrantes del grupo se desenvuelven.
Otro elemento esencial para la compañía es el de crear un ambiente en el que el público no se reduzca solamente a mirar desde un punto externo, sino que pueda empatizar, participar, sentirse implicado e integrado en la vivencia artística y humana
Our body is an evolution of Vísceras and continuation from a experiential
physical state in process of transformation.
Our body especially created to be performed on a stage. It combines the word, physical theater, music and dance: integrated dance, contemporary dance, folk dance.
An important objective of Our Body is to create a sensorial, intimate environment, in order to desconstruct the fourth wall and with the aim to convert the public from viewers into individuals who experience and sense the dance theater play.
The corporal experience of the choreographer , Maisa Sally-anna Perk, is the source of inspiration for the dance theatre play Our body , which through the collective creation has been developed to be the individual and social experience of the female bodies of the six members.
